Team Management

How to invite team members, assign roles, and manage access for your Revnoxa workspace.

Revnoxa supports multi-user workspaces with role-based access control. Admins can invite team members, assign roles, and manage access from the Admin panel.

Inviting a team member

Go to Admin > Team and click "Invite Member." Enter the team member's email address and select their role. Revnoxa sends them an invite email with a link to create their account. The invite expires after 7 days - you can resend it from the same panel if needed.

Invited users join directly into your workspace. They don't go through the public registration - the invite link creates their account and connects it to your workspace automatically.

Roles and what they can do

Viewer - can see the dashboard, incidents, listings, reports, and alerts. Cannot take any actions. Suitable for stakeholders, executives, or auditors who need visibility without operational access.

Operator - everything a Viewer can do, plus: acknowledge incidents, add notes, take remediation actions, and submit approval requests. This is the right role for your day-to-day operations team.

Admin - full access. Everything an Operator can do, plus: configure settings and integrations, invite and remove team members, change roles, configure rules, and approve or reject pending approvals. Assign this to team leads and managers.

Changing a role

In Admin > Team, click the role badge next to any team member's name to open the role selector. The change takes effect immediately.

Removing access

Click the menu next to a team member's name and select "Remove." Their access is revoked immediately. Their past actions and audit log entries are preserved - nothing is deleted from the incident history.

Read-only mode

Enable Read-Only Mode in Admin > Settings to temporarily prevent all write actions across your workspace - useful during audit periods or sensitive migrations. In read-only mode, no incidents can be acknowledged or resolved, no approvals submitted, and no rules modified, regardless of role.
