FBA Fee Recovery
How Revnoxa identifies FBA fee overcharges, surfaces reimbursement opportunities, and tracks recovery cases.
The FBA Fee Recovery module identifies situations where Amazon has charged incorrect FBA fees due to incorrect dimension or weight data on your ASINs, and helps you build the case to recover those overcharges.
How FBA fees get miscalculated
Amazon calculates FBA fulfillment fees based on the product dimensions and weight stored in their catalog. If those stored dimensions are incorrect - due to a data entry error, a product update that wasn't synced, or Amazon's own measurement error - you may be paying fees for a larger or heavier size tier than your actual product. These overcharges add up silently across thousands of units.
What Revnoxa does
Revnoxa compares your ASINs' expected dimensions (from your product catalog data) against the dimensions Amazon has on file. When a significant discrepancy is found - one that results in a higher fee tier - Revnoxa surfaces a fee recovery case with the estimated overcharge amount per unit and total recovery opportunity based on your sales volume.
The FBA Fees dashboard
Go to FBA Fees in the sidebar to see all open cases. Each case shows the ASIN, your recorded dimensions, Amazon's stored dimensions, the fee tier difference, cost-per-unit overcharge, and total estimated recovery opportunity based on recent sales history. Cases are sorted by recovery opportunity, largest first.
Case statuses
Open - a discrepancy has been identified and is ready for your review. In Review - your team is verifying the discrepancy and preparing the correction request. Submitted - a correction request has been filed with Amazon. Recovered - Amazon has corrected the dimensions and issued a reimbursement. Dismissed - your team has reviewed and determined the case is not worth pursuing.
Taking action on a case
From the case detail view, you can update the case status, add notes, and record the correction or reimbursement amount when received. Revnoxa tracks the total recovered amount across all cases so you can measure the module's impact over time.
Manual scan
Click "Scan Now" on the FBA Fees page to trigger an immediate scan of your catalog for new dimension discrepancies. Scheduled scans run automatically in the background.
