Amazon Integration
How to connect your Amazon Seller Central account, what permissions are requested, and how to troubleshoot connection issues.
Revnoxa connects to your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API). The connection uses OAuth - your Amazon password is never seen or stored by Revnoxa.
Connecting via OAuth
In the Onboarding Wizard or in Settings > Integrations, click "Connect with Amazon." Select your marketplace region - North America, Europe, or Far East - and click Connect. You'll be redirected to Amazon's Seller Central authorization page. Log in and click "Authorize Application." Amazon redirects you back to Revnoxa automatically.
After the redirect, click "Verify Connection." Revnoxa makes a live API call to confirm access. A green Verified status means monitoring has begun.
Connecting multiple accounts
You can connect multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts to a single workspace. Each account is listed in Settings > Integrations. Incidents from all accounts appear in the same dashboard and can be filtered by account.
What permissions Revnoxa requests
All plans request read access to catalog items, listings, inventory, orders, pricing, and reports. Plans that include remediation execution additionally request write access to listings and pricing - used only when executing actions your team has explicitly approved through the approval workflow. Revnoxa never modifies your listings without explicit authorization.
Connecting via manual credentials
If your team manages SP-API credentials directly, switch to the "Advanced manual setup" tab on the Amazon Connection page. Enter your Marketplace ID, Seller ID, LWA Client ID, LWA Client Secret, and Refresh Token. All credentials are encrypted before storage.
Troubleshooting
Verification failed - the most common causes are expired refresh tokens, incorrect credentials, or missing API permissions on your SP-API application. In Seller Central, go to Apps & Services > Develop Apps and confirm that your application has the required roles assigned. If the issue persists, contact support with the error message shown in the connection details panel.
Connection status shows "Failed" after working - Amazon refresh tokens can expire if unused for an extended period. Reconnect via OAuth to get a fresh token.
