Getting Started

Step-by-step guide from account registration to your first live revenue incident - everything you need to go live in under 30 minutes.

Getting started with Revnoxa takes less than 30 minutes. This guide walks you through every step from creating your account to seeing your first real incident on the dashboard.

Step 1 - Create your account

Go to app.revnoxa.com and click "Get Started." Enter your name, work email, and a password. After submitting, you'll receive a verification email - click the link inside to confirm your address. Once verified, you'll be taken directly into your workspace.

If your company already has a Revnoxa workspace, ask your Admin to send you an invite link. Clicking an invite link creates your account inside the existing workspace with the role your Admin assigned - no separate registration needed.

Step 2 - Connect your Amazon account

The Onboarding Wizard will guide you through connecting your Amazon Seller Central account. Click "Connect with Amazon," select your region (North America, Europe, or Far East), and you'll be redirected to Amazon's authorization page. Log in with your Seller Central credentials and click "Authorize." Amazon redirects you back to Revnoxa automatically.

Once redirected, click "Verify Connection." A green Verified status means Revnoxa can read your account data and monitoring has begun.

Step 3 - Wait for the initial sync

Revnoxa runs an initial sync of your catalog - pulling all active ASINs, their current listing status, pricing, and inventory levels. This typically takes 5–20 minutes depending on catalog size. You can watch progress on the Ingestion page.

Step 4 - Enable your detection rules

Go to Rules in the sidebar. You'll see a library of pre-built templates: Listing Suppression, Buy Box Hijacker, Out of Stock, Price Mismatch, and more. Click "Activate" on the rules relevant to your business. Each rule can be customized with your own thresholds.

If you're unsure where to start, enable Listing Suppression and Out of Stock first - these generate the highest average revenue impact for Amazon sellers.

Step 5 - Configure notifications

Go to Settings > Notifications. Add your email address or Slack webhook so you receive alerts when incidents are detected. Critical and High severity incidents trigger immediate notifications by default.

Step 6 - You're live

Once rules are enabled and notifications are configured, Revnoxa monitors your account continuously. The first time a listing issue, pricing anomaly, or inventory problem is detected, an incident appears on your dashboard within minutes - with an estimated revenue impact and a clear recommended action.
