Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), usage data generated when you use the platform (events, actions, incidents), and technical data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and analytics purposes. We also collect Amazon SP-API data you authorize us to access on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the Revnoxa platform, send product-related communications, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Revnoxa and its users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after account deletion for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@revnoxa.com.

5. Amazon SP-API Data

When you connect your Amazon Seller account, Revnoxa accesses SP-API data solely to provide the services you have authorized. Amazon credentials (refresh tokens and client secrets) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. You may revoke Revnoxa's access to your Amazon account at any time from your account settings — upon revocation, all stored Amazon credentials are immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. We do not share your Amazon Seller data with any third party except as required to operate the platform (e.g., our hosting infrastructure provider).

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@revnoxa.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Revnoxa after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Contact

For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at hello@revnoxa.com or Revnoxa, Inc., Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada.
