1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Revnoxa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Revnoxa provides an Amazon marketplace operations platform for detecting, prioritizing, and recovering revenue-critical incidents. Features include incident detection, approval workflows, SP-API integration, and operational reporting.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use Revnoxa. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Revnoxa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Amazon SP-API Authorization
Revnoxa connects to Amazon's Selling Partner API on your behalf. By authorizing this connection, you grant Revnoxa permission to access and act on data within the scope of the permissions you grant. You may revoke this access at any time.
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Revnoxa and its content are owned by Revnoxa, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Revnoxa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
